Delivery rates

Delivery charges are per item and clearly stated next to each item in the online shop.  Orders are processed up to 48 hours after receipt of the order.  An order can be delivered to a single address in England, Wales and mainland Scotland. 

Orders with delivery under £8 are despatched via Royal Mail.

Orders with delivery over £8 are despatched via our courier (for example FEDEX) on a standard two day service.  Deliveries must be signed for, unless you know you are not going to be in to accept the delivery, then please advise in the special delivery instructions as to where it can be left.  If a delivery is unsuccessful a card will be left for you to then contact the couriers direct for a re-delivery.

Next Day Service

If you require your goods on a next day before noon service please call the sales office to organise on 01872 520000.  Next day deliveries start from £12 with certain restrictions on Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Christmas Deliveries

We advise all England, Wales and mainland Scotland orders for pre-Christmas delivery are placed by noon 2 working days before 25th December.

Packaging

We carefully package all our goods to prevent damage.  If however you experience a problem with your delivery please call the office on 01872 520000.

Failed deliveries
