Delivery rates

Delivery charges are per item and clearly stated next to each item in the online shop, many items benefit from free delivery.  Orders are processed up to 48 hours after receipt of the order.  An order can be delivered to a single address in England, Wales and mainland Scotland.  Overseas orders may attract a surcharge, this will be advised upon receipt of your order.

Orders under £75.00 may be despatched via Royal Mail.

Orders over £75.00 are despatched via our couriers (for example FEDEX) on a standard next day service.  Courier deliveries must be signed for,  if you are not in to accept delivery please advise in the special delivery instructions as to where it can be left.  If a delivery is unsuccessful a card will be left for you to then contact the couriers direct for a re-delivery.

Next Day Service

If you require your goods on a next day before noon service please call the sales office to organise on 01872 520000.  Next day deliveries start from £12 with certain restrictions on Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Christmas Deliveries

We advise all England, Wales and mainland Scotland orders that pre-Christmas delivery are placed by noon 2 working days before 25th December.

Packaging

We carefully package all our goods to prevent damage.  If however you experience a problem with your delivery please call the office on 01872 520000.

Failed deliveries
