A very fine biscuit baked in Cornwall with ingredients from Estate lands. The sugar is not cornish and we are working on replacing it in our recipe with our Tregothnan honey. The taste of our biscuit is remarkably faithful to the favourite bake of a housekeeper from 1963- 1999. The biscuit actually pre dates our tea growing at Tregothnan and we believe is the perfect compliment to tea; one is never enough- enjoy!
